For old version users
Old version had been made to bloat to obse savedata.
Fixed at version 1.0.1 beta.

How to remove bloated data of this MOD from obse savedata.
  1. INSTALL new version
  3. LOAD game
  4. SAVE game
  5. EXIT game
  6. ACTIVATE this MOD


How to get the staff
  1. Get the Staff of Worms(Mage guild quest)
  2. Find out Mysterious Man at Cheydinhal
  3. Pick up the note from Mysterious Chest in front of him
  4. Read & Decode the note

When clear the quest, the original staff is removed.

Improved Reanimate Spell Features
  • Unlimited duration
  • Raise 6 dead NPCs at same time(you can change this number)
  • Filtering by gender(see StaffOfWorms.ini)
  • Their classes are changed to Re-animator class
  • Their factions are changed to PlayerFaction & UndeadFaction
  • Selectable magic shader visuals(see StaffOfWorms.ini and SS)
  • Enhanced Re-animator's stats
  • When they were struck by Turn Undead, become to ash(all actors can do)
  • When they were struck by caster's hand or weapon, become to ash
  • They are returned to corpse by caster's dispel(not become to ash)
  • Caster will be damage health with using the staff

Change Settings
You can change this MOD's settings with editing 'StaffOfWorms.ini'.

1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Immersive First Person View
I don't know the reason why occurs conflict with this MOD.
If you change view to FPS with using this, perhaps mine will not work well.

Known Issues or Bugs
Don't copy Improved Staff of Worms with console or cs
If not so Re-animator's AI could be confused.

Persistent reference NPC's bodies are moved to Tutorial sewer when become to ash.
In a word, they are not disabled.

Re-animator's modified factions change the base object's factions.
So all references are affected.
