About this mod
Cyrodiil has been invaded by samurai from Akavir - from both sides. It is up to you to decide which of the warring samurai factions eventually prevails and ends the war.

And the Akaviri have decided to invade again.
This time from both sides.
They've almost completely taken over Cyrodiil. And now they're fighting each other.
Requirements]
A Cyrodiil border removal mod such as Borderless Cyrodiil. That's literally it.
Starting the quests
Talk to any guard in Cyrodiil about "Samurai War". Two map markers will be added, pointing to the respective Shogun of the samurai factions. Which one you then pledge allegiance to depends which questline is started.
What not to do
The Imperial City map markers have been moved outside the city gates for a reason. If other mods (e.g. Dwemer Technology) add map markers inside the city, ignore them and DO NOT use them when a Five Hundred Torii quest involves the Imperial City.
Do not let lore-related preconceptions of the Oblivion crisis and/or the Akaviri stop you from using the mod. Two of the most common questions in this area are answered in the readme.
Installation/Uninstallation
Simply put all of the contents of the "Five Hundred Torii" folder in the 7z file into your Oblivion Data folder to install. To uninstall, remove "Five Hundred Torii.esp" and the Meshes/Japan and Textures/Japan folder.
