Drunk! Same as *inebriation* mods, but different :)
(http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/2495, http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/23091)

Intro:
I made this because i was disappointed by the rather static magic effect durations of other inebriation mods,
So i decided to make this instead. Drunken-ness effects are cumulative, and passing out will now no longer be skipped ;)
The timeout is based on the drunken-ness level, the higher, the longer:
(timeout = timeout + (level*10), level 12 will give you an increment of 120 ADDED to the current timer).
Otherwise from that it attempts to do the same as the other inebriation/getting drunk mods, it gets you drunk! and if you drink enough, you will pass out.

4 different version are included:
- standalone oblivion: drunk.esp
- oblivion + Shivering Isles: drunk_with_SI.esp
- standalone oblivion + COBL: drunk_with_COBL.esp
- oblivion + Shivering Isles + COBL: drunk_with_SI_and_COBL
Use only one mod!

All drinks have \'Alchoholic effect\' added to the regular effects - this is what makes you drunk, otherwise drinks are
unchanged.

Features:
- Cumulative drunkeness effects - timer will increase at every drink
- Passing out after too many drinks, based upon endurance.
- At drunk level 99, duration is about 46000 seconds (>12.5 hours) in REAL-TIME. You\'ve been warned.
- At drunk level 100, you die. You\'ve been warned.
- Passing out is dangerous; you may die due to circumstances (example: drown due to falling in water).
- Visual effects.

Missing features:
- no \'hangover\'.
- no \'I drunk myself to sleep\' effects, just a VERY long duration if you actually drink that much.

Compatibility:
As stated above, there are 4 different versions - any module/plugin wich changes any of the drinks included will probably
conflict, change your load order where desired.

Bugs:
None found so far, some quests might break (Not tested yet) but this seems unlikely to happen (A venerable vintage works fine iirc)
The drunkenness effects should NOT conflict though. Yet again, this is NOT tested at this point.
Also, I still haven\'t actually played Shivering Isles at all, so that part is not tested as well.

Info for cheaters:
There are 2 globals used, fDrunkLevel and fDrunkTimer, setting fDrunkLevel to 0 will disable current drunkenness,
setting fDrunkTimer to a lower value shortens the drunkenness duration.
Also, by executing \'startQuest aaaDrunkTestQuest\' you will be given 100 \'Special Ale\' (Test drink, only effect is \'Alchoholic effect\')
as well as 20 Shadowbanish wine (also for testing). The quest will just add those items, and then disable itself.

Modders info:
See aaaDrunkQuest, drunkQuest script, drunkScript script and pDrinkAle as examples.
Anyone may use/modify this mod as long as the original is mentioned (and if you\'re nice, give me credit as well ;) ).

Have fun!
