Description
========
Citizens of Tamriel is intended to provide a light cosmetic revamp to numerous NPCs throughout Tamriel; the changes range from slight (changes of hairstyle, reduction in age) to extreme (total makeovers including clothes) and vary widely. The idea was to beautify some, or to make others have a look that (IMO) fit their parts better. Can't promise the changes will be to everyone's tastes, but I do hope those of you who choose to use this, are happy with what you find (though feel free to alter them as you like.)

This mod combines my previous efforts, "Prettier Jensine", "Prettier Rohssan" and "Sirens Deception Beautified" so if you are using any of those, you can go ahead and disable them (other than taking up a mod slot, they shouldn't cause any conflicts, however, if you leave them loaded.)

Only men and mer races have been altered; Orcs and the beast races have been left untouched, as have all non-playable races.

In this package you'll find two different .esps (use only one!):

Citizens of Tamriel.esp provides shorter, thinner Bosmer females, similar to Morrowind;

Citizens of Tamriel_V.esp only includes the cosmetic changes, while leaving the Bosmer females untouched.

A QUICK NOTE ON THE SCREENSHOTS!: These are not 100% accurate depictions; for whatever reason my cloned "vanilla" copy of Oblivion used the textures from my main copy, so the faces look a bit smoother than in an actual vanilla game. Other than that, what you see, is what you get.

Requirements
==========
Oblivion Patch 1.2.0.214 (Official 1.2 Patch)
Shivering Isles *may* be required but I believe this will work fine without it. I additionally recommend installing this mod:

NPC Face Color Unlocker by Quarn (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/10811)

as not all texture changes may show up without its textures installed.

I also recommend using these mods alongside Citizens of Tamriel:

. Less Ugly Bruma Guards by Khajiit777 (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/33165)
. Comprehensive Cosmetic Compilation by Room 207 (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/24077)
. A face texture replacer of your choice;
. A body replacer of your choice

Installation Instructions
=================
Simply unzip the file and drop it into your Oblivion/Data directory, and enable the mod. Additionally you can combine this into a Bashed patch using WryeBash.

Uninstallation Instructions
===================
Siimply delete "Citizens of Tamriel.esp" from your Oblivion/Data folder.

Incompatability
===========
If you're using "Comprehensive Cosmetic Compilation" by Room207, "Citizens of Tamriel" should load BEFORE CCC.esp or the eyelashes/Breton freckles may not show up in game and you'll get "googly eyes" on some NPCs.

Known Issues
===========
None known; only vanilla resources were used in making this, so it should be otherwise compatible with all mods (note the load order exception above.)
