Lets you offer a tip to any npc. So go ahead and tip those poor stablehands who take care of your horse and rake dung all day, okay?

I didn't like the fact that the only characters you could give money to are the beggars. I've had characters who like to be generous and reward npc's for services (innkeepers, tavern keepers, merchants, and especially stablehands), or for providing information, or just because I feel like it. But only the beggars are set up for that. So I made a simple roleplaying mod that lets me tip any character.
Select "Tip" in the dialog menu and 5 gold will be removed. Each tip carries a chance of raising the NPC's disposition. The exact chance is configurable in the ini file.
Requires OBSE
8/29/14 - Added optional version. Tipping will increase your speechcraft skill. Recommended for those who want to bypass the speechcraft
mini-game altogether, e.g. users of Persuasion Overhaul. You'll still need the main download file, this is just an esp replacer.
