A robe that completely blocks the effect of all frost spells headed your way.
It's useful for cheating your pants off and/or roleplaying a frost mage.
Unfortunately, I couldn't get my initial plan for recieving the robe failed, so you need to ude the console. The FormID for player.additem is xx000ED4, with xx depending on your load order. More information on determining what xx is can be found at http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes4Mod:Formid#CS_Formid_to_In-Game_Formid
For example, if you only have vanilla Oblivion installed, it would be 01000ED4, and for me, since I have way too many mods, its 38000ED4
