got bored during the night " july 7 " and came up with these. couldn't stop laughing at how i was killing them so i am uploading it for all others who feel the same and want to take out npc's. " think i watched too much rambo xD " where i got the idea.

The weapons are in a small chest outside the Imperial City main doors, / accross from the stables. on the right side of the road if you where coming from the talos bridge. :)
Weapons are: a black Bow of speed and Death " shoots fast as lighting by the time the arrow leaves the bow the target is being hit and falling to the ground as hit", and a black longsword of death.
longest distance i shot and killed a guard with the bow was from the IC main gate to center of IC talos bridge idk how far it can go but what i could see. ---- pwn'd xD
