Room207, which can be found here on TESNexus, has created many meshes and textures in order to give Orcs a more serious appearance. The original file can be found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/42037/?
Edit: I feel it only fair to add that Room207 has also added an OMOD file. I just don't want to take this down, however, because it was my first upload ever on any nexus site and it took quite a lot of work and learning over a few hours to learn how to convert this properly for OMOD.
This is simply the OMOD conversion done by myself of the great work by Room207. Orcs looked so much better in my opinion that I felt like everyone deserved to be able to have this as part of their game, so I wanted to help those who only use OBMM. Should you have any problem with CTD's after installing this, it probably means you need BSA Patcher, found here on TESNEXUS at: http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=4352
