A simple mod to add to the feeling of a city having tons of people in it just by adding the voices of crowds. Since it would be a serious hit to performance to actually add a hundred NPCs, at least it can sound like it for no hit at all. I've selected distant, fuzzy, mumbling voices to simulate a real city environment. The more populated the city area, the more noise.
