A Christmas holiday themed new Player-owned house high in the Jerall Mountains, with a small quest to obtain it.
Created for and entered in the 2010 Oblivion Real Estate (ORE) Xmas Challenge.

* Wait 24hrs in-game for the quest to start *

Earn the ownership of the Blue Twilight Chalet, nestled in the quiet, secluded snowy Jerall Mountains.
The house is companion friendly with plenty of rooms. All containers, except those in the kitchen area, are safe for storage.
Features many unique meshes and textures created by myself and InsanitySorrow.

Elys Universal Silent Voice is recommended.

Installation

The archive is BAIN ready for easy installation.

Or Manual Install:

1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Oblivion's Data folder.
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, and enable the .esp file.

Or OBMM Install:
1. Create an omod file from the archive.
2. Activate file.

Un-Installation:

* Remove any possessions from the house first or you will lose it all *

1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file, or de-activate in BASH or OBMM.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
