3 main rooms added to the Skingrad Rosethorn Hall basement
The Training Room
- Combat dummies, archery target
- Forge area
- Weapon racks with a few nice weapons, including an elven bow(By the time you need one for a certain quest, they might be hard to find elsewhere)
- Additional storage
- 2 enchanted arrow chests
- Every 7 days from the time you open the chest, it will create a number of arrows. You dont have to take the arrows and they will continue to increase every 7 days..but, you must open the chest every 7 days to activate the script and get more arrows. (Ex. If you have 100 arrows in the chest and dont open it for 14 days, when you DO open it, it will have 200 arrows, not 300) There's no penalty for opening it in advance. The timer only resets after arrows are created. It also doesnt refresh so its safe to leave stuff in there indefinetely.
The Teleport Room
- 7 Telepads that will teleport you outside the front door of the house for sale in every major city.
- These are scripted one-way teleports so no NPCs can come back through to your Skingrad basement
- The Skingrad House key will teleport you back to the center of your teleport room when you click on it in your inventory.
- It will prompt you yes or no before teleporting you
The Laboratory
- Divided into a main workroom and an office
- Workroom contains an enchanting and spellmaking pedestal
- A cabinet labeled "Heal Yourself" contains leveled heal potions that restock once a month.
- This is the only refreshing container in the house. Do NOT store your own items here or they will dissappear when the cabinet is refreshed.
- A set of master level alchemy equipment is placed on the center desk.
- Some of the books are skill books
To install, simply copy the file into your Oblivion/Data folder and enable the data file in the game starting menu
