About this mod

Changelogs

For those of us who cannot enjoy Skyrim right away, this might be a consolation.
This whole mod started with me creating some variations of NeoVinci's Clothing for myself.
Some became alot, after which I found the new stuff so cool, I wanted to share it.

I am no mesh creator like NeoVinci. I know my way around Nifskope pretty well and can do some simple texture editing.
I'm only just beginning to get the hang of using blender. I decided I had to learn it after I ran into trouble with the Real High Heels system.
While I love how it looks on my characters, after using it a short while it made my game slow down and after trying a supposed fix for that it just stuttered every 2 steps.
I had to disable it. I could still manage to use the outfits, but with feet sunken into the floor.
So I took the liberty (initially for myself alone) to edit some of my favourite outfits to be non-real-high-heel.
At first I just changed the shoes with nifskope, but for some outfits that just wasn't an option.
So I decided to finally figure out how to export working equipment from blender. Editing boots seemed like a simple place to start.

After having gone through all that trouble with the shoes, I really felt like sharing because I cannot be the only one that can't run VipCxj's system.
So I asked Neovinci for permission to release them in some form. He was kind enough to allow it so hereby I present a RHH-free-collection of NeoVinci's Fashion.

Description
===========

This mod will add a store to Oblivion where you can buy clothing and armor based on mods by NeoVinci aka Meister.

Location
========

The store is located in the Southern Niben, southwest of bravil close to the border of Elsweyr.

Details
=======

The store added by this mod is filled with clothing and armor from almost all of NeoVinci's Plugins, released on TESNexus.

The first release will contain only full outfits and recolors, these cover all bodyslots, namely feet, hands, lower- and upperbody.

Everything comes in both an enchanted and an unenchanted version.
I don't know how to lower prices caused by enchantments, so beware the prices on the enchanted version may be a little high.
The high prices are caused by the very powerfull enchantments, to make up for the fact these suits cover all bodyslots.
In some cases I have not merged the accessories such as amulets and tails, so if you want to wear those, you would have to download Neo's Original Plugin.

At some point in the future I'm planning to merge all of NeoVinci's esps into this store aswell, to save up room in your loadlist.
You will however still need the original meshes and textures from Neo's Plugins.

Above all this mod is not depending on ViPCxJ Real high heels system, since i can't run this in my game.
Any existing RHH-shoes have been edited with Blender to be Non-RHH.

As NeoVinci himself often has to mention, usage of BBB (better bouncing breasts) is dependant on taste.
I did not convert any outfits to BBB. If someone wants to do this, please ask Neo for permission.

Specified below NeoVinci's Plugins I used to make my outfits, with dowloadlinks:

Neo Originals Room
==================

As of version 1.2, we added all of Neo's original releases to the store. First and foremost, we did NOT include the meshes and textures for these. It will be up to you to download the ones you like and install them as usual. If you have done this, you can leave the esp that came with Neo's mod deactivated. All the items are already entered into the store exactly as they were in Neo's plugin.
All of the Neo Original items can be found in the newly added Neo Originals Room. Five new vendors inhabit this area and will sell the items during opening hours. In the corner of this room, you will find a massive switchboard. This can be used to disable content you have not downloaded (yet), to prevent yourself from buying objects that have missing meshes. Initially all of them will be enabled.
We have included additional non-RHH meshes for a number of outfits, where they did not exist already. These do not replace the original meshes but are added as an alternative. The RHH objects can also be bought, but will not function properly as we did not include any vipcxj dependency (so your feet will stick in the floor). If you do use vipcxj's plugins, it may be advisable to also keep Neo's plugin activated so you have a working RHH version as well.

A list of all the content that is required for this part of the store is included in the readme folder (with download links). Some of the files have alternative H-cup meshes, pick your own preference. Follow the install instructions for Neo's files and they will end up in the right place.

Install
=======

1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

* Alternative is making an omod, for the people who know what they're doing.

Uninstall
=========

1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Meshes:
Oblivion\Data\Meshes\HTB\Neostore
Oblivion\Data\Meshes\HTB\Clutter\Dancefloor
Oblivion\Data\Meshes\HTB\Clothing\NeoVinci

Oblivion\Data\Textures\Dungeons\AyleidRuins\arwelkydstone01_pink.dds
Oblivion\Data\Textures\HTB\
Oblivion\Data\Textures\Menus\icons\HTB\Clothing\NeoVinci

On a sidenote:

Textures from some NeoVinci's Outfits are included, for the full outfits I created; keep this in mind when you start deleting textures.
Also as mentioned, I made recolors of some outfits, these textures are located in NeoVinci's directories. I did this to save texture memory, because now they use the same normal and glow maps.
If you want to make sure that you remove everything this mod adds, be sure to keep a backup of the original archive, so you can look it up.
Also important is to make sure you don't delete textures that may be used in one of my other mods, if you use those.

Incompatibility
===============

Unique Landscapes - Bravil Barrowfields adds a rock formation that blocks the store entrance. You can use the console command TCL (toggle collision) to reach it, or alternatively you can use the portal I added to the testinghall (console command: coc testinghall).

Specified Exterior cells this mod touches:
Worldspace Tamriel: (10,-12), (11,-12), (10,-13), (11,-13)

Known Issues or Bugs
====================

The shop is just slightly accross the vanilla game borders. If you haven't disabled them yet for any other mod, you will have to do so now. You can do this by altering your oblivion.ini file in my games\oblivion (where it also stores your saves, so not the one in the install folder). Find the line that says bBorderRegionsEnabled=1 and change it to 0. You can then travel past the border without any trouble. It should have no negative impact on your gameplay.

When I dressed the vendors in the CS with a outfit from this mod, the outfit did not display as it should in the render window, ingame however everything looks allright.

History
=======

1.2 - 12-07-2011 - Added the Neo Originals Room. See description above for details.
- Five new vendors
- Switches to disable content you have not downloaded (Only applies to Neo Originals)
- Included additional non-RHH meshes for a few outfits.

1.1 -11-17-2011- Gave the vendors merchant containers.
- Included the felicia wigs and improved UV map on Felicia outfit.
- Reduced mercantile skill on vendors to lower the cost of enchanted outfits.
- Changed vendor AI; they should now take place behind the counter and sell the goods properly.
- Added two vendors to distribute the wares and reduce the time it takes to open the merchant screen.
- Added containers to the testinghall and also a portal to the store for anyone that can't reach the entrance.
- Fixed the disco floor, it should now animate properly.
- Removed the SI content from the store. It still uses the Oblivion.esm from the SI update, so I don't know if this is enough to make it independant of Shivering Isles.
Would be glad if someone could confirm that or tell me how to fix that (without reinstalling an unpatched Oblivion as I'm not prepared to do that right now).

1.0 - 11-12-2011- Initial release; store with Armor & Cloth FUHL's.

The biggest thank you goes to NeoVinci aka Meister, for kindly giving me permission to work with his mods.

It was incredibly challenging to keep this mod as "vanilla" as possible.
All additional meshes and textures, not meaning clothing or armor, this mod might use are from modders resource files, or made by me.
I have tried to list below all the owners of the meshes I used, please let me know if I forgot someone, I will rectify this immediatly.

This mod couldn't exist without these fine people:

David WhiteFang - pool & utilities modder resources (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18848)
JGreybear- JG Ayleid building pieces and inspiration for retexturing (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38868)
CW - Open book & Catalog from the Sexy Imperial Legion Mod. (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24436)
trolff- trfplantpot and trfplatform (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9897)
Xiamara- sofa & chair (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8621)
Unknown- painting frames
Brumbek- better sky texture (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14346)
tona- nightskyglobe from tona's modstore, fittingroom (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29090)
HTB- lamps/lights and the disco-floor

And ofcourse:

Thanks to Bethesda for creating Oblivion.

Licensing/Legal
===============

I'd like to dedicate this mod to one of the best modders I know, NeoVinci aka Meister. He made all the meshes I used to create these outfits.
If you want to re-release any part of this mod, that's OK with me so long as you have NeoVinci's permission to use his work.
