Dear mod users,
I am sorry if i have neglected you when it came to problems with the add on and not updating. Due to lack of money because of student fees and well everything really and I had to sell my laptop. I recently bought a laptop of a friend and this is how I am on the nexus. I plan to fix the mod itself If I get the time. Thanks for reading,

The door to the realm is under the tree in the cheydinhal graveyard



I had made a previous version of this mod which is nowhere near as brilliant as this one. The sanctuary is an island in a realm which is actually a pocket of oblivion but with the Tamriel features and landscape which was owned by a mysterious person which is referred to as the "Past owner" in his numerous guides and journals on the island.
The island features and Armory,The shack of Mages (were magic and other related arts are performed),alchemical garden (ingredients garden), shop, a bar in the barracks and your very own house. One of my favorite things about this island is it is split into snow,forest and the beach. Overall this mod or plugin is well worth the download and time. One of the new added features in comparison to the previous variant is a teleport spell which teleports you to your sanctuary in seconds, anywhere and anytime.
Due to the richness of the main idea I will be updating it with features such as quests, new villages etc.


Tips:

-read the book in your house on the snowy hilltop. The book is to your left on the table in the house
-If the mod crashes your game (i dont expect it to), just un-tick it in the mods list.
