Upscale cottage high in the mountains bordering Skyrim north of Bruma for those upperclass citizens that want to get away from the cities for a peaceful quiet place to relax. Enjoy a nice hot bath in the luxurous hot tub convienently located in a private cubby in the spare bedrom. Paint your troubles away in the painter's alcove downstairs in basement or cook up a feast in the fully equiped kitchen. Home is Companion Friendly...

2 spare keys provided in a lock box outside the front door for those with companions that might need keys.

Two bedrooms, living room with large fireplace, dining room, library. Basement downstairs has large kitchen and work area, painter's cubby, and storage area. All storage and furniture is player "safe" storage. Many new paintings, some from my real life garden.

Installation

1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Oblivion's Data
folder.
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, and enable the .esp file(s).

1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
