This mod was built with GOTY edition (KOTN, SI), however I believes the mod will work without KOTN, SI.

Installation : Unzip the file, and drop the data folder into your Oblivion directory. (WaterdropHouse.esp Only)

Location : It is located just west of Fort Nikel. You can use the Fast Travel. (Of course you can also go there on foot.)

Double bed x1, Single bed x2, No respawn container x4, Display case x1,
