This allows players of Morroblivion to earn the shack at the conclusion of the Dead Taxman quest.

A mod for MORROBLIVION,
You NEED Morroblivion to run this mod as it's set in Seyda Neen!
There have been a few dialog changes that add a little depth to the Quest and now steer the player into eventual 'ownership' of Gilnith's shack.
All ownership refs have been changed to 'none' and the bed is set for 'player'
All containers should be safe to use as you choose
Note: ownership refs are changed from the outset so you could in theory clear the place out while Gilnith is still there... even sleep in his bed, but Hey I ain't gettin paid for this so I kept it quick... There's no piccies cos it's a shack...Gilnith's Shack, if you wanna see it take a look when you get off the boat at Seyda Neen
