IF YOU HAVE BETTER CITIES YOU MUST DOWNLOAD PATH AND MAIN FILE.
Installation:
Unzip a maps into folder ... \Oblivion\Data Files\
About the plugin:
This mod adds a new alchemist called Arrian Heb. He has a nice shop in Market District in Imperial City.
A new shop - "The Gold Elixir" is in front of "The Main Ingredient" and it`s open beetween 10 am and 9 pm.
Merchant has a lot of mixtures (for example 50 strong potions of restore magicka/health/fatigue) and he also has a lot of ingredients to do these elixirs.
Very useful for those, who play with challenging birthsign, like Atronach.

About the path:
It's a path which help you if you have "Better Cities"
Installation: Uznip the maps into your folder ...Oblivion/DataFiles
What does that path add?
Adds a door meshes and textures which have been deleted in Better Cities.
