Just a quicky fix for those still having issues with frame rates
while in Oblivion dungeons. This mod completely removes non-damaging
fog effects from interior dungeon cells, which eliminates much
of the stuttering on lower end PCs.
Personally, I saw around a 30-50 FPS increase in those problem areas.
Also included is a "Lite" option that only removes the more dense fog.
