This is a mod I made that makes Oblivion Multiplayer! It uses one keyboard, so I suggest a gamepad. Endorse this file if you like it!

Requires OBSEv16 or Higher.
A couch co-op mod that, surprisingly was never made.
Where to go: First, add the .esp to your data. You will get a spell added to your inventory. Moop 1. Go to the IC Market District, and there will be an area of characters named "Player 2".
Procedure:
1) Cast Moop1 on desired Player 2
2) Done

Controls : Note: If P1 uses arrow keys to walk/strafe, P2 will not be able to turn while P1 is walking.
A Key - Strafe Left
S Key - Walk Backwards
D Key - Strafe Right
W Key - Run Forward
F Key - Turn Left
G key - Turn Right
C - Attack (left)
V - Attack (right)
B - Attack (power)
E - Sneak ON
R - Sneak OFF
SpaceBar - Activate/Use
Z Key - Pullout Weapon
X Key - Put Away Weapon
H - Cast Spell (Touch Spell)
Backspace - Fix key - For when P2 disappears or goes invisible

L Key - Strafe Left
Semi-Colon Key - Walk Backwards
Apostrophe Key - Strafe Right
P Key - Walk Forward
K Key - Use/Activate
Right-Shift Key - Ready Weapon

Shift - Jump
Page Dn - Toggle 3rd Person
None of the keys conflict with P2, so I use them. P2 can even turn when P1 is walking, too. (See note at P2 controls)
------Notes
Note 2: Rarely, Player 2 won't come through a cell with you, so hit the "Fix Key"
Note 3: When going through cells, Player 2 will become completely invisible, so hit the "Fix Key"
------Make a Character
How to Make your own Character:
1) Make any new NPC (or Creature) in the CS.
2) Set as Essential, then click AI
3) Delete all of it's Ai packages (wander,eat,sleep, etc.)
4) Set agression to 10, and make responsibility to 0.
5) Delete all of its Factions and then add the PlayerFaction in
6) Uncheck the "Can Corpse Check" Flag.
6) Edit Stats
7) Done!
