Introduction
Jarod's RTNM is very cool that it shows how powerful normal map can be.
However, RTNM doesn't enhance resolution and the graphic still looks blocky in close distance.
I try to use similar way to make higher resolution normal map for Arena, Cloud Ruler Temple, and Kvatch, since QTP3 did't enhance them.
You can use this mod as a complement of QTP3.
Installation
Extract the 7z file, and copy the data folder to overwrite your Oblivion\Data\ folder.
