1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

1- Place "Shady Lane.esp" file into your /Oblivion/Data folder.
If asked to overwrite, choose "Yes".

2- When launching the game, select data files and double click
on "Shady Lane.esp"

2. Mod Description
*****************************************************************

A small community of shady individuals has set up a settlement on the shores southwest of Anvil at (-51, -8). Only 1 shop so far, but in that shop you can find a small quest and some interesting finds including:

Creeper Jim: A Fence who works outside the auspices of the Thieves Guild. In reality he pays them a cut of his skooma and herb profits for the "privalege" of buying stolen items from anyone.(*see disclaimer below)

Skooma Cooker: in case drinking Skooma wasnt strong enough, you can use this powerful cooker to freebase the skooma straight to your head for increased effects.

The Smoke Off: an old Ayleid text that has been discovered and made available only in this settlement. More than just a good read.

Weed Quest: Creeper Jim is out of weed! can you help him score some more?

3. Version History
*****************************************************************
2.1 Fixed a major bug which corrupted a couple quests. Rebuilt quests from scratch. Removed the top door to the Smoke Shop, two entrances were getting npcs who went in and out stuck. Modifed town AI to compensate.

2.0 Fixed a bug that nerfed the Bravil mages guild door, fixed some pathing points.

1.1 Added a town ranger who patrols, and some extra leveled spawns nearby.

1.0b Removed and toned down some lights for our HDR friends.

5. Known Bugs/Issues
*****************************************************************

The Skooma Cooker is scripted to be harder to knock over, but it still sometimes does. If it gets knocked over, it has a tendancy (because it weighs over 1000lbs) to fall through the floor and reset itself.

Mods that add locations to the shores southwest of Anvil at (-51, -8) may conflict.

More buildings and NPC's are planned for the future, including a repeatable skooma running quest and other Shady activities. I plan to use this general area around Creeper Jim's Smoke shop for a 3-4 building community.
