Intro:

This mod adds a new world to your oblivion game which is a realm which you own. It is very similar to the "My simple house" mod but with an exterior and more character.

Main notable elements:

-Your own house
-The shack of the mage (enchanting,spell making and master alchemy)
-Ingredients garden

Possible future elements:

-Servants
-added features
-better textures (hopefully but TES construction set doesnt bug out)
-A village who worships you (Lol)

Please note this is my first mod and i did put a lot of effort into it. To access the realm after installing successfully, got to cheydinhal and in the cemetery under the tree is a trap door a voila..there you go!

Also, with this mod i have a live help engine if you want rapid response to and bugs or other issues related to this mod. I am also in development of a HUGE mod project to add a new quest line to oblivion with a new world (textures,landscape and gameplay is not changed only a new questline and a new world but the characters are colourful and witty). It would take AT LEAST 3 months but being at the
level i am with mods i doubt i will finish it. If so I will continue with adding new features to this mod.
