The Easy Spell Removal mod adds a room in the Arcane University district that will let you quickly and easily remove spells from your list. Being in the Mages Guild is not required. Installation: Simply unzip the .esp file into the Data folder of your Oblivion installation directory and check the box that says easyspellremovalv1 on the Data File

The Easy Spell Removal mod adds a room in the Arcane University district that will let you quickly and easily remove spells from your list. Being in the Mages Guild is not required.
Installation: Simply unzip the .esp file into the Data folder of your Oblivion installation directory and check the box that says easyspellremovalv1 on the Data Files menu.
Instructions: There is a Mage Teleporter directly to the left of where you enter the Arcane University district, go through the teleporter and you are in the room. To use this mod you must first activate the Lever of Amnesia which will remove ALL your spells, don't panic. Then click the Lever of Memory which will restore all your spells. This may seem pointless but trust me there is a good reason for this. There should now be a scroll for every spell you have in the Spell Chest. To remove a spell simply remove the desired spell from the chest the spell and the scroll will automatically be deleted.
Mod Compatibility: There should be no issues with any other mods, although any spells added by another mod are NOT supported by this mod. I may add compatibility with other mods in the future but adding spells is an extremely tedious process.
Future features: I plan to try and make a portable version of this mod so that you don't have to go to the Imperial City every time you want to remove a spell.
Known issues: The scrolls have a restore health enchantment on them and a value, this is not really an issue since you can't actually remove the scrolls from the container so no free scrolls or money.
To restore any spells that have been deleted and you want back simply pull the lever of memory.
