Removes the "shaky screen" inebriation effect from drinks in Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul, and mainly restores vanilla effects. Works for FCOM too.

Mainly, this mod restores vanilla effects to all the drinks in the game. There are a couple exceptions:

- Restore Fatigue effects now last for the duration of the drink, as in OOO, instead of vanilla (2 points for 60 seconds, instead of just...2 points). Low level characters can actually chug a couple drinks before a fight to "take the edge off", and drinks will work better for mods that alter fatigue.

- Also in vanilla, while there were different qualities of wine, drinks like beer, ale and mead were identical except for the price. Now beer is slightly less potent than ale, and mead drains agility instead of intelligence, which gives mages something to drink.

- For the drinks that are added by OOO (apple cider, homemade wine, etc) I took the effects directly from the scripts. But I did tweak the values for homemade and well-aged wine. Their fortify health effect is now only slightly higher than vanilla wines (instead of being 2-3 times as high). The well-aged wine now gives a higher fortify luck boost than the regular homemade wine.

Basically, I like OOO, but the inebriation aspect of it drove me nuts. Why?

Consistency for one thing; you add in all these drinks from COBL, or even from Shivering Isles and they don't get you plastered, only the handful in OOO and basic vanilla actually have the inebriation effect.

Secondly, I can't see the effects a drink is going to have on me (Restore/Fortify whatever) until I actually drink it and check my active effects tab.

Thirdly, I thought the effect itself was poorly implemented. I have shaky screen as soon as I take a drink and then 10-20 seconds later I'm ok; you have to actually drink 20-30 beers to get "drunk"; mead is more intoxicating than ale? All of this annoyed me.

But most of all the fact that it crashes my game! If I manage to drink enough to get drunk, I just stand there frozen for a few seconds, a message box might or might not pop up, and then...BOOM. CTD.

So I made this plug-in to restore sanity to my game, and I hope it may help you as well.
