Regaliity is asimple Silver, wood furniture retexture of the upper class furniture.
I have included an esp so you can see it in game, the entrance is in weye
Known Bugs
Furniture apears black in editor(not in game)
Counter middle 2 and bookshelf 4 crashes editor when put into cell
