FatigueMod v0.9
by McDexter

Official thread:
http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=421724
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This mod simulates exhaustion and fatigue by draining player stats as his
fatigue falls to low level. Fatigue decreases now also during running. After
several seconds the attributes start to fall. The longer fatigue is kept on
low level the higher attributes drain will be applied.
If the attributes fall, they can be restored by a "rest". Fatigue must rise
again to appropriate level in order stats can be restored. The skills rises
gradually at low speed at the beginning and faster as fatigue rises. The
full strength player will gain after fatigue is almost at 100%.
This mod will provide a little more realism to the game but at the same time
I tried not to interfere with the game play to much. It will give you the
felling of more epic battles where not only your battle skills counts but
also your physical condition, which you should keep up high rather than don't
think about it. You will have to limit such a behaviors like jumping around
for "increasing skills". Even the world becomes bigger for you as you won't be
able to travel so fast (don't mention fast travel, which I don't use at all).
All those things together will make the game more enjoyable, so you won't get
bored of it so quickly.
The following settings have been adjusted:
fFatigueReturnBase - from 10.0000 to 6.3500
[reduces the rate in which fatigue is regenerated]
fFatigueRunMult - from 0.0000 to 1.5000
[increases the loss of fatigue while running x your encumbrance]
fMoveEncumEffect - from 0.4000 to 0.5000
[increases the speed loss while moving x your encumbrance]
When the fatigue level drops below 15% for longer than 15 sec, player's
stats will start to drain. The rate at which attributes fall will increase
as the fatigue is lower than 15% for a longer time. Finally the skills
will drop to the lowest level of: 30% (speed), 44% (athletics) and 62%
(acrobatics); of they initial state, and this will occur after approximately
40 second from the point, when the fatigue dropped to 15%.
To regain the stats player needs to rest. The fatigue must rise at least
above 50%, so the attributes start to go up. If your stats fall only a
little this will be enough to rise them back at the initial state. But
if the stats fall greatly you will need your fatigue at almost 100%
for them to be restored completely.
Skills affected in this mod:
Speed Not much information about it in CS Wiki at this moment, but
I think everybody knows more less what it's for ;)
AthleticsAllows you to efficiently run from place to place.
Acrobatics Allows you to run faster and jump higher. Also fall damage is
reduced with higher skill levels. With this mod you will feel
how your hero moves slower as he gets tired.
Files
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

FatigueModv.eps - Verbose version, messages will appear if any stats ware
changed by the mod. I suggest to use this to see how the
mod works.
FatigueMods.eps - Silent version, without any messages appearing on the
screen. "You can feel it :)"

These two files work identically. The only variation between them is that
verbose version shows messages on screen during play and silent doesn't.

Many thanks to _Tarnsman_ for his Fatigue Penalties mod which was a base
for creating FatigueMod, however FatigueMod has been completely rewritten
and now there are only a few things common in these two mods

Sorry for bad English :p
Happy gaming!
