An estate on an island south of Anvil.

Because of the fact that I always dreamed of a beautiful house on an own island I got the idea to build one in Cyrodiil for me, and now I want to share it with you.

The house-interiors are retextured (Wall, floor) and also the doors. The rooms are furnished with wonderful resources.
In Addition I inserted some nice things

- 1 book with bread-baking-recipe
- 1 Book with middleage-recipes (only in german language)
- activate the grammophone and you will hear a beautiul sound
- activate the Toilet-flushing and you will hear water-rush
- activate the Wash basin and you will hear water-rush, too
- outside you will find a well where you can drink water with watersound
- the mermaid will fill up your magic
- the stone on the top of the island will fill up your energy

A little quest will make you the owner of the island and the estate.

If you use Seaworld, it could happen that some fishes will hop around on the island. It's funny.


This Mod was initially created in german language. I have translated it for you into english-language. If you find some translation-mistakes, please inform me. I will correct it as good as I can.
