About this mod

An overhaul of the world-revolves-around-you system. Actually, a complete removal of it.

Permissions and credits
Description
===========
The world no longer revolves around you. Your strength does not determine the strength of your enemies, or the loot you find.

In other words, this mod removes the level scaling found in default Oblivion. At lower levels, dungeons become much more dangerous. However, as you grow in strength, enemies that once crushed you will fall beneath your mighty daedric warhammer. Or something like that, I never use blunt weapons. Of course, high level weapons and armor also become much rarer, with iron and steel always being the most common. And I'm tired and don't have time for a proper description, so bleh. Just try my mod out, you might like it.
*Note: Quest awards are still leveled, because I couldn't find a way to balance it. I recommend using Quest Award Leveler for that: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5701
Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Oblivion\Data\

Incompatibility
===============
This mod edits many leveled lists, creatures, and NPCs. It probably has conflicts with many mods. Use a tool such as OBMM to load it before other mods, so the conflicting changes from this mod will be overwritten.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
If starting this mod on an existing character, some NPCs will not have their level properly updated. Use the Update NPC Levels function on Wyre Bash to fix it.

When doing the Mages' Guild recommendation quest for Skingrad, Erthor may refuse to follow you, claiming that there are still zombies. This will be fixed later, but in the meantime, open up the console and type setstage MG01Destruct 70, and hit enter. This should fix it.
