OOO, and by extension FCOM, places two chests right on top of were the Bow of Blade sits. This causes the bow to ether go fling off its pedestal of fall through it, becoming unobtainable.
This patch moves one of the chests and the bow to avoid conflict between the two mods.
Extract TBoB - OOO Patch.esp into your data folder.
TBoB - OOO Patch.esp should be loaded after The Bow of Blades.esp, Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp and FCOM_Convergence.esp if you are using it.
Delete TBoB - OOO Patch.esp from your data folder.

Uninstall
