3: Description

Shadowydoom3's Respawnable NPC Mod is great fun. It also has a very troublesome wild edit involving the Darkbrotherhood chain. He accidentally set Belisarius Arius

's health and stat's all to 0 when he flipped his respawn flag. Don't know what sort of confusion caused the edit, but it causes the

Quest to stop progressing at stage 20 because Belisarius can't move with 0 health 0 speed etc.

Long story belatedly made short. You can do a lot of things to fix this I will tell you three of the easiest.

Option 1. Don't use the fun respawning npc mod any more.

Option 2. Open it up in TesIVEdit utility and take out the change to Belisarius Arius that causes the problems. You just right click on his name in TESIVEdit an select remove and then yes/proceed.

Option 3. Install the BASD3RSPatch.esp I've uploaded and load it AFTER the Respawnable NPC Mod.esp that is the basis/totality of Shadowydoom3's mod.

Merge the Data folder from the mod with the one in your Oblivion directory and check the X next to the .esp in your launcher, or use OBMM or some other tool.
