So you have the grey cowl now aye? You've just came out of a dungeon with loads of extra stuff because of the huge feather bonus you get. Now you go to sell it and... wait, you can't get into any cities without being caught by a guard. So you decide to take the cowl off and now you are over-encumbered.
This mod adds a new personal fence for the Grey Fox. Vanar the high elf lives in the Dareloth House in ICWaterfront. A much easier place to get around without being seen by guards. If it isn't a weekend, you can find Vanar in the Dareloth House or The Bloated Float. Otherwise, he is out traveling.
