Mod that adds two NPCs to Imperial City Market. One has 4 way too powerful custom spells (Novice Level), the other has a bunch of interesting items.
Custom Spells:
1. Ryno's Kiss (similar to some of the "Kiss" spells from the game, except works on Self)
2. Ryno's Zombie Spell (reanimates dead enemies for a longer period of time)
3. Ryno's Perfect Thief (chameleon 200%, invisibility, night vision, and fortify sneak and security....Works very very well...)
4. Ryno's Fire Ball (based loosely on the "Nuke", not as powerful, not as much area coverage, but it gets the job done and your helper NPCs are less likely to die unless they're too close to the blast)
One of the NPCs is wearing it's special armor. I'm not able to make him wear just regular clothing and have the armor for sale. If anyone wants to tinker with this or wants to help me, please do! I had a lot of fun with this.
