Adds flags, ladders, brickworks to Anvil (I didn't touch the Docks - it's really easy to get on the rooftops there). There shouldn't be any conflicts, but there's an incompatibility with major city overhaul mods (Better Cities, Open Cities, ...).
Look carefully at the chimneys and houses in general. If it's too hard for you, use minimap. You can climb down the brickworks or ladders by activating the invisible 'door' stationed nearby. I placed them in places I thought will be immersive and intuitive. I also added collision box to a tree (between houses opposite to Anvil main gate) like you could use it to get to the next roof. Jump there safely.
Installation/Uninstallation are pretty standard. If you don't know how to do it - read any other mod's readme. I'm too lazy to write that.
