Have you ever downloaded Skycaptain's Spears of Cyrodiil or Auron23's Poleweapons and thought they were cool but lacking for combat? Then this tutorial is for you!
I'm new to Oblivion modding, but I figured this out without scripting or modding skills. With this, you'll be throwing custom spear combos, along with having your two hand power attacks to back you up.
Only issue now is the fatigue, which you lose none from these attacks as of yet. I'm hoping someone with better skills can read this and perhaps be intrigued enough to perfect it. Anyway, just download the tutorial and give it a try. I can guarantee that if you do it right, it will work. I'm using it right now!
P.S.
I mentioned Aluku's animation replacer, but I actually got that confused with Ser Knight's Animation Replacer. Also, there's nice 2 hand spear animations in CCAO's folders. Using them (and slowing them down) works very well.
