Adds LOD models for coconut palms in Iliana's Elsweyr - Desert of Anequina mod. That enables them to be visible from distance.
Meshes are low poly and ugly but for LOD they are better then nothing.
Requires Iliana's Elsweyr - Desert of Anequina mod.
