This mod adds 10 portals to the player's inventory that can be set down anywhere. These 10 portals are all linked to each other, so activating any one of them allows teleportation to any of the others.
REQUIREMENTS:
OBSE v20 or above is required for this mod. Oblivion 1.2.416 and Shivering Isles is required for this mod.

Just extract and overwrite the esp file.
- from 1.3 or below

USEAGE:
When you start the game the first time after loading this mod, you will receive ten "Portable Portal" items. When clicking on them in your inventory, a small menu will appear with the choices "Set Portal", "Portal List", "Access List", and "Exit Menu".
"Set Portal" will remove one portal from your inventory, and cause it to appear underneath your feet.
"Portal List" will display a list of all currently active portals.
"Access List" will display a list of all characters that are currently allowed to use the portals.
"Exit Menu" will close the menu without doing anything.
When activating the portal after it has been placed, a different menu will be displayed with the choices "Teleport", "Grant Access", "Remove Access", "Rename Portal", "Resize Portal", "Remove Portal", and "Exit Menu".
"Teleport" will take you to another menu listing current active portals, which you can then click on in order to teleport there. If there are no other portals active, then instead it will show a message telling you there is no destination portal available.
"Grant Access" will detect any NPCs that are currently following you. You can select their name from the menu in order to grant them access to the portals.
"Remove Access" will list all NPCs that have been given access to the portals. Clicking on their name will remove their access to the portals.
"Rename Portal" will take you to a text input menu. Here you can rename the portal to something unique and easy to remember. The maximum amount of characters allowed is 30.
"Resize Portal" will display a menu with the choices "Larger", "Smaller", "Back", and "Exit Menu". Choose larger to enlarge the portal, smaller to shrink the portal, and back to return to the previous menu.
"Remove Portal" will remove the current portal and put it back in your inventory.
"Exit Menu" will close the menu without doing anything.
ISSUES:
Not really an issue with the mod, but with the game. When moving between Tamriel and Shivering Isles, do not use console commands. Oblivion cannot detect where you are unless you use the door at Niben Bay. So if you do use the console commands, and then set down a portal, the mod will not be able to recognize whether you are properly in Tamriel or Shivering Isles. That would mean the mod might wrongly classify the portal as being in Tamriel when it's actually in Shivering Isles.
