NOTE: ONLY for users of the official "Wizard's Tower" Frostcrag Spire mod
This mod adds a pair of teleport portals, one in the Frostcrag Spire living area, and one in the Arch-Mage's Quarters in the Arcane University. This was written to allow players who have reached the rank of Arch-Mage to move between these locations in a single jump rather than having to fast travel to the Arcane University and make their way through the lobby and council chamber to the Quarters.
Initially, only the portal in Frostcrag Spire is visible. If you try to use it without first becoming the Arch-Mage of the Mages Guild, it will tell you that only the Arch-Mage may use this portal.
Once you are the Arch-Mage, activating the portal in Frostcrag will enable the portal in the Arch-Mage's Quarters, allowing two-way travel between these locations.
