This mod adds a player home to the Shivering Isles.
The house is located far to the west of Fellmoor, south of Xeddefen and beyond the boundaries of The Fringe.
Unlike most player housing, money is not a factor in getting this home.

You'll have to speak with Debentien Vanne (an NPC that is added by this mod) in Crucible if you want to own the house.
Debentien doesn't want any money for the house. Instead, he wants you to feed his Skooma habit.
Debentien tells you he will give you the house in exchange for 10 bottles of Skooma.
Once you bring him the Skooma, he will give you the key to the house and inform you that he didn't bring much with him; so there are no upgrades to buy.
Whether you already found the house or not, you will get a map marker for the house; due to it's "out-of-the-way" location, fast travel is already enabled.
Enter the house to complete the quest.

The house has a few interesting points that make it at least worth getting, even if you don't want to use it.
The house contains a number of alchemical ingredients (mostly food) all over the place.
In addition to common ingredients, there are a few specialty ingredients as well. 5 Carrots of Seeing and 2 Imp Fluids which do not appear in Cyrodiil or the Shivering Isles despite being in the CS. The home also has 5 Corns of Hearing (an item made specifically for this mod to go along with the Carrot of Seeing theme). There are also 2 portions of Unrefined Greenmote in the house.
Greenmote isn't the only drug in the house. Debentien seems to have no clue he left several bottles of Skooma laying around the house. The house ironically has more Skooma inside than what you supplied Debentien to get it.
Food, spirits, and drugs were not Debentien's only treasures. There are also a few soul gems, 3 madness ores, and some flawed gems as well as silver and gold nuggets inside.
Another important fact about the house is that all of the containers are non-respawning, making it safe to use any of them to store your own treasures.
