The Blue Moon Cottage is located west of Anvil, with a beautiful view over the Abecean Sea. It is a companionfriendly farmhouse mostly furnished with original Oblivion furniture. Ver 2: Furnished cellar has been added.

The Blue Moon Cottage is located west of Anvil, with a beautiful view over the Abecean Sea. It is a farmhouse mostly furnished with original Oblivion furniture.
The house is made companion-friendly, is fully path-gridded and has a persistant doublebed and chairs that companions can use. The mod also includes 19 no-respawn-containers.
The cottage is for free.
New in ver 2:

Added a cellar with additional storage capacity and a cozy corner with bed for one companion.
Added a map marker.
Special Features

You can make soup in the cooking pot.
Install

Just drop the esp-file and the bsa in your Oblivion/Data folder. Don't forget to check the mod when starting the game!
