I made this mod because i always was bored by the ugly lookin villages and taverns in Cyrodiil. I thought when there is UL why not something wich bring the Villages on the same detailevel like the Landcapses ?
I will add the files part for part, i have not the time to opluad them all add the same time, i am syr.

This Mod is only avaible in german, but you can play it with english oblivion, too. Further more i do not garante for working oder for damages.
