Adds the exterior of a lovely large town in the Great Forest, Northeast of Skingrad.

This is a plugin I was working on but am not completing.
Anyway, the basic idea is that I always found Cyrodiil such an empty place, and in need of some more and more fulfilling towns. I was surprised there were so few on the Nexus already (That I could find, that is. If anyone knows of some good ones, I would love if you could link me), so I started designing my own.
Only the exteriors are done. I will not be adding interiors and NPCs and quests, since I gave up on modding ages back. If you are feeling up to it and like this town, feel free to create your own NPCs, interiors and quests and upload them.
TOWN DESCRIPTION
Oranstad is a large town, Northeast of Skingrad, near Shadeleaf Glade. It consists of 2 layers. The lower class section which consists of small farmhouses and hovels and the upperclass area, which has elegant buildings in the style of Chorrol and a scenic pond. There is a large farm with a variety of crops and a stable. When I get the time to make the interiors and such, I will turn some of the houses into a few shops and an inn.
