There are reports of disappearances and mutilated bodies in western Cyrodiil. Will you help investigate and put an end to it?


This is the first mod I have made for Oblivion. It's a small quest mod that contains other new content including:

-A new dungeon using a modder's resource tileset
-A new weapon model made by me
-New enemies made by me (one of them is even an NPC voiced by me)

Start the quest by reading the Black Horse Courier Crime Report, located in the following areas:

All Bars/Inns/Taverns in all Cities except for Kvatch
The Black Horse Courier building in the IC Market District
The First Edition in the IC Market District
All Couriers

Your character(s) should be at least level 20 before starting this quest, or there may be extreme difficulty with the end.
