Weather mod that makes weather always clear except inside Oblivion gates. Approximately 99% tested (haven't actually been everywhere yet). Some comments in other threads mention if weather is always nice, it can get boring after a while. Quite frankly, I found myself cursing the weather when it was bad, but with this mod I don't even pay attention to the weather. It removes it as a stress factor. For those who want variety, you can always disable the mod when the mood hits.
Conflicts: It only modifies weather, so should only conflict with other weather-changing mods.
