About this mod

This mod adds Mercenaries that can be recruited throughout Cyrodil. Over 100 npcs added to be hired. Will work with all mods including UL, Open Cities, and CMParners. You only NEED Oblivion to run, no other mods are neccessary. Hoarfrost and Dunkerlore Castles are supported but not needed for the mod to work. Requirements Oblivion Uses PlaceAtMe Co

This mod allows the player to hire mercenary companions to aid them. Here are the available mercenaries and their corresponding hire locations:

- Pirates from Ormil of the Bloated Float (after completing the Blackwater Bandits quest)
- Gladiators from Owyn in the Arena Bloodworks (after attaining the rank of Hero or better in the Arena)
- Fighters from Azzan in the Anvil fighter's guild (after attaining rank 3 or higher in the guild)
- Mages from Adrienne Berene in the Skingrad mage's guild (after attaining rank 3 or higher in the guild)
- Thieves from Armand Christophe at his waterfront house (after attaining rank 3 or higher in the guild)
- Assassins from Ocheeva in Cheydinhal Sanctuary (after attaining rank 3 or higher in the Dark Brotherhood) or Arquen (once she reaches the Cheydinhal Sanctuary)
- Blackwater Guards and Archers from Ja-Fazir in the Leyawiin Blackwood Company Hall
- Personal Guards and Archers from Damian Magius in the Imperial Trading Company Office (Waterfront district)
- Castle Hoarfrost Individual Soldiers and Archers from Lieutenant Lemar (Located in Hoarfrost Castle yard Next to the Chapel)
- Castle Hoarforst Group of Soldiers and Archers from Captain Aetius (Located in Hoarfrost Castle yard Next to the Chapel)
- Castle Hoarfrost Knights from Lieutenant Shard (Located in Hoarfrost Castle yard Next to the Chapel)
- Castle Hoarfrost Pikemen (Located in Hoarfrost Castle yard Next to the Chapel)
- Nordic Soldiers from Olav in Olav's Tap and Tack, Bruma
- Castle Dunkerlore Guards from Lieutenant Victoria (Located in Castle Dunkerlore)
- Castle Dunkerlore Knights from Lieutenant (Located in Castle Dunkerlore)
- Warrior Monks from Orag gra-Bargol in the Chorrol Chapel of Stendarr
- Blades from Captain Steffan in Cloud Ruler Temple (after joining the Blades)
- Servants from Vinicia Melissaeia in the Imperial Office of Commerce
- Guard Dogs from Rena Bruiant in Chorrol
- Virtuous Blood Knights from Roland Jenseric (only after destroying Seridur the Vampire and completing the quest)
- Knights of the White Stallion recruitable from Sergeant Aleric after becoming A Knight-Errant (located in Leyawiin at Three Sisters Inn)
- Corrupt Bravil Guards recruitable from Corrupt Captain Lechance (located in Bravil at Lonely Suitor Lodge)
- Battlemages recruitable from Master Eluvius (Arcane university) Need to be level 3 in Mages Guild.
- Imperial Watch from Captain Stewart near the Imperial Palace entrance.
- Imperial Legion Soldiers from Captain Grant near the Imperial Prison District.
- Orc Soldiers are now recruitable from a sergeant located in a road tavern.
- High Elf Soldiers are now recruitable from a sergeant located in a road tavern.
- Dark Elf Soldiers are now recruitable from a sergeant located in a road tavern.
- Wood Elf Soldiers are now recruitable from a sergeant located in a road tavern.
- Hoarfrost and Dunkerlore soldiers can only be hired 1 day out of the week on Morndas.
- Added some NEW AI packages to the Hired Mercs.
- Crusader Knights available to recruit from a Crusader Captain located in Each Chapel.
- Each Mercenary available has unique faces.
- More variety of Helmets added.
- Better Crusader outfit added to crusaders.
- New Commands Added
- Some minor Tweaks added.
- New Armor for Virtuous Blood
- New Swords for Hoarfrost and Dunkerlore
- Fixed missing Meshes and Tetxtures.

Initial prices currently range from 200-1200 gold, and daily wages are 20 gold. All mercs will be scaled +4 to +10 levels above your current level. All mercenaries can be ordered to stay put or follow, explore the immediate area, or go about their affairs at a location. Mercs should always engage hostile targets, so guards are actually useful as guards now, for your house/castle/whatever. There is no limit on how many mercs you can hire, as long as you have the gold.

Just copy the Date folder to your Oblivion Folder and make sure to activate the mod to use it.

Remember you GET what you PAY for, higher the price BETTER the units.
