Please note that, bar any major bugs/mistakes in the current build that have - as yet - gone unreported, version 5.9 is the FINAL version and upload on this mod. I am working on other projects and they must take my attention with the pending release of Skyrim's Creation Kit.

Version 5.8, which will, I hope, be the final bug fix to the mod, I noticed that I forgot to put the COBL Grinder in the Laboritory in both the COBL and OOO versions, so that has been fixed. Also, despite upgrading my video card less than a week ago, I've noticed that once the Armory cells are full of mannequins, I've been having trouble loading the cells. To that end I've removed about 45% of the pedestals from each cell (see comments for specifics) and added two more armory cells to make up the difference. 5.8 is an update only so you will still need to download version 5.5 and then replace the esp you intend to use with the 5.8 version esp.

Version 5.9 simply adds four more armory cells for those people who have so much armor that the existing six simply can't deal with the overload. Seventh Armory can be reached from Sixth armory and so forth up to the Tenth Armory. Be aware that there seem to be limits on the number of mannequins that can be placed by the respective mannequin mods.

Updating Your Mod:
Since the esp files have now been renamed to Armory Lab 5.8 [version], and many of the pedestals removed, if you simply switch from 5.5 to 5.8 you will lose anything in the cells or various chests of the mod. You had best clear out the cells completely in ALL your saved games to ensure you don't loose anything. Do NOT try and run an old version with a new version or any of the esps together. The mannequins will need to be purchased from a vendor that sells them.

Version 5.5 is up. This version, hopefully, fixes many of the issues with the 5.3 version that people where having. This version also moves away from Reznod's Mannequins to Balakirev's Skin-Toned Mannequins. This also adds increased COBL functionality to the house, with a water well, dinner plate (the one closest to the bed), and cobl static alchemy set (COBL and OOO versions only). Please note that the OOO version still requires COBL, I've just shortened the name to make life easier.

Description:

The Armory Lab by Tom Supergan was the first mod that I ever downloaded and installed. I have loved this mod since I first started using it and it has been a required mod for me every time I've had to switch computers or re-install Oblivion. Tom did some truly great things with the mod, but I've always felt that there were some things missing. (Sorry to bash your work Tom.) I never liked the fact that the bed was nothing more than a bed roll tucked away behind the forge, or the fact that the armors were well above eye level. Also the limited number of stands was a real issue after I started running OOO and other armor adding mods. I wanted more space. There are several other upgrades to the Armory Lab, but none really gave me what I wanted, and some of them are rather less than well made.

This mod adds two new cells, a bedroom and a second armory. The bedroom is based on an unfinished cell that was included with Armory Lab 4.1+, and is filled with many of the basic things I would want in a bedroom, several non-respawning chests, drawers, a nice table with STATIC food, food chests, a fireplace, etc. The second armory is set up almost exactly like the main one, only there is no portal to exit from. The door on the right will take you to the lab, but the lab exit will exit back to the main armory cell. The forge in the second armory has been removed in favor of some more armor stands.

There are some other minor changes; I removed the small displays that were always getting in my way in the weapon display cell. Also the number of chests in the Storage cell has been reduced to twelve and the number of tables reduced to six. This is to make it easier for people to find a chest without bumping into the tables. I have not altered the scripts on the bookshelves.

The Forge now gives you an ablility that is basicly the same as the one from the DLC Battlehorn Castle forge. Your Armorer skill is boosted by 15 points while near the forge.

The COBL Difference:

In the COBL version of the plug-in (this is my first COBL mod, btw), the alchemy sorter in the Laboritory is replaced with a COBL Alchemy Sorter, and the potion containers in the bedroom have been replaced with the COBL Luggage. Also there are two gems on the Labratory work bench next to the static alchemy set (not COBL just the same as in the default mod). One will increase your alchemy ingredients by 10 for all base game and Shivering Isles ingredients (the blue one). The other works with the COBL ingredients (the red one).

The OOO Difference:
I've added another alchemy duplicator (green vase), for OOO ingredients. And that would be it.

Note: COBL version makes the "Deadly Poison" effect of Poison Apples hostile. This means that when using it to make potions you will recieve a poison rather than a potion. If making a poison with Poison Apples and Chokeberrys (Vile Lair DLC) make sure that the Poison Apples are FIRST on the list, otherwise you will recieve a potion not a poison.

Installation:
If you are already using a previous version of the Armory Lab you will need to go in and remove all your items. Also you'll need to track down any portible displays you've set up and remove items from those as well. (I would use "God" mode to help carry it all ( "~" then "tgm" with out the quotation marks).)

Exit the Lab and then save.

You must download the "Armory Lab 5" main file and I strongly recommend the 5.3 update files. Simply use one of the 5.3 esp files rather than the 5.0 esp file.
Extract the mod to your Oblivion/Data folder or to a temporary location and then move it to your Oblivion/Data folder.
Open either the Oblivion Launcher or OBMM and enable ONE of the following: Armory Lab 5.3.esp OR Armory Lab 5.3 - Cobl.esp OR 5.3 Cobl-OOO.
If you upgrade to one of these from a previous version, you must remove your items if you don't want to lose them.
Only use one .esp!
Don't forget to disable the existing Armory Lab.esp, they won't work togeather.

Uninstall:
Enter the Lab and take out all your stuff, exit the lab and save.
Exit Oblivion, open your Oblivion Launcher or OBMM and disable/delete the Armory Lab 5.0.esp or Armory Lab 5.0 - Cobl.esp.

WillieSea for some scripting assistance. (He wrote some scripts which looked at then re-wrote to do what I wanted.)

A great big "Thank You!" to all these fantastic modders for their work.

Further Big thanks to the COBL Team for their hard work!

I did not ask/talk to Tom Supergan before doing this, which is why you still have to download his mod, all the items I used are listed as modders resources and attribution to their authors is given above. If you don't like the way I've done things, by all means use another mod or make your own. There is no time like the present to learn to mod.

License/Legal:
Mod is delivered "as is" and I am not responisble for damage to you, your friends/family, computer/electronic devices, etc. If you choose to use the scripts I've created for alchemy item duplication please give me full credit for them, they took me several hours to write/re-write and correct for my own mistakes. They do not include many quest items or items that can only be obtained from the CS or after quests are complete.
