Recharge Spell OBSE

Auther : Ryou Ezoe

Description
============
This MOD add a script spell which allows you to recharge your current equipped weapon using your magicka.

History
==========
Version 0.91

Fixed a bug that magicka won't regenerate.
Use OBSE's ModActorValue2 instead of ModActorValue.

Version 0.9
Initial Release

Spell
==========
Recharge All Magicka
This spell possiblly use your all magicka to recharge current equipped weapon.
Recharge cost is independent with your skill.
The Cost is 10 recharge / magicka.
For example, If your euipped weapon can be recharged 2000 points, and:
- if you have 100 magicka, costs 100 magickas, recharge 1000 points.
- if you have 300 magicka, costs 200 magickas, recharge 2000 points.

In my opinion, it's too over-powered for pure mage, maybe a bit useless for pure fighter.

Difference from other mod
==================
There are other mods claiming it offer a same feature.
But these mods were implemented by:

1. Add Soul Gem to player
2. use soul gem immediately

Thus bring up recharge dialog, Stop the game, Force you to select the weapon.
Really annoying.
This spell doesn't need to do that thanks for OBSE.

There are few magic MODs offers similar spell, but such MOD tend to be big and alter the Vanilla magic system too much. I don't want to use such mod.

Perhaps, I should add other spells which has fixed magicka costs, fixed amount of recharge.
I should also offer a easy ini setting to modify the spell cost.
That's trivial task and can be easily done.
But I've just made it for myself so it has just one handy spell for now.

Installation
============

Require OBSE 19 or higher.(Possibly works on older version. I don't test it though)
Simply put "Recharge Spell.esp" to your Data folder and enable it.
The Spell will be automatically added to the player.
