This alters most of the various Runestones to teach spells not found on Spell Vendors.

Teleport stones, the Telekinesis stone, and the Shadowflame stones were not altered.

Arcane Storm - Shock Damage version of Blizzard
Blessing of Hardiness - Fortify Health
Blessing of Will - Fortify Willpower
Blessing of Alacrity - Fortify Agility
Blessing of Fortification - Fortify Light/Heavy Armor
Blessing of War - Fortify Blade/Blunt
Brighten - Larger magnitude Light with less duration
Corrode Armor - Disintegrate Armor
Corrode Weapon - Disintegrate Weapon
Eyes of the Hunter - Detect Life and Infravision
Fade - Chameleon
Fire Wall - Fire Shield and Shield
Frost Wall - Frost Shield and Shield
Frostball - Frost Damage version of Fireball
