Makes all shops sell all items, weapons and armour, regardless of your level. As it bloomin\' should be. Since, in their infinite wisdom, Bethesda killed oblivion by setting everything in the game the same level as you, it is necessary for us modders to fix it. Thankfully, sagerbliv and oscuro both have mods to fix the npcs and creatures.

I have added this little mod to un-rubberband the merchants in the game, now shopping is actually fun, and even if you are level 1 and cant afford any of the posh elven weapons, at least you can drool over them and have something to save up your pennys for.
