Adds a new estate to the Great Forest. The estate includes a big plot, with a Pond, a Pavillon and a vegetable garden. The plot is surrounded by a hedge. Inside there is a kitchen with dinerroom, a bathroom and a bedroom. At the rear is a little slaughterbench. Next to it is a small place to cut wood.
