Requires Oblivion v v1.2.0416
Though for those with Shivering Isles, this won't be a problem.
Creates a scroll that can act as both a spellmaking and enchanting altar, in one portable scroll. When downloaded and activated, you should obtain the scroll a few seconds after you load your file. It will be located in the misc. items part of your inventory. To use it, simply equip it, and a message box asking you what you wish to do should appear. The rest should act accordingly. This functions as the altars, the scroll doesn't make spells or enchant for free! It is simply portable altars that can be carried in your inventory! Please rate and comment!
